We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Associate to support our marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing campaigns, analyzing performance, and helping grow our online presence. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search engines, and email
Manage and grow social media platforms by creating engaging content and monitoring audience interactions
Assist in SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking
Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and optimize for ROI
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and prepare reports with actionable insights
Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling marketing materials
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools
Maintain website content and ensure it aligns with branding and marketing goals
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
Knowledge of marketing automation tools
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
